All 2pac painted products have a custom colour option, giving you flexibility with your design and aesthetic choices. SImply select 'custom 'colour' option in the product tab and add this colour in the check out notes of your order. Once the order has come through we will contact you to verify the colour again and ensure you are receiving what you want.

Whilst NOSIVA can help with the joinery design aspect, if you need an expanded service of designing and specifying a full room/house we have recommended interior designers to assist with your project and that you can liaise with directly.

Yes, simply click on the quantity tab in the product page and add the quantity you need. We will contact you to review your order and ensure dimensions and quantities are confirmed.

Our website is designed to make budgeting and ordering custom joinery easy.

We have a range of selected material so that the process is simplified, however if there is a material option from the same or different supplier that you would like to specify, please contact us and we can confirm pricing and availability.

Our showroom is coming soon, we are office and factory based at the moment and showcase our work online. If you would like to book an office appointment to run through your plans and products, please contact us.

Delivery of our online shop products is FREE within Melbourne Metro. Contact us if you need to clarify whether you are in the zone or not.

All of our products are made to order, and allow 6-8 weeks from the day of order confirmation for your product(s) to be made, and longer for busy periods such as towards the end of the year. In some cases our products will be made faster than the proposed lead time, and we will give you an approx lead time once your order has been completed.

Sometimes there are factors out of our control such as material shortages, pandemics etc in which case we will do our best to update the lead time for that individual product on the product page before you buy.

If there is a delay and your lead times are changed after you have bought the product, we will notify you as soon as we can, and we thank you for your patience in advance as we try out best to deliver for you in a timely manner.

Once you order has come through and payment has been made, use your product lead times as a guide, and closer to the delivery date we will email you an exact date and window of time to receive your product. Allow approx 20 business days to receive your delivery date, or please email/call us for progress.

Someone will need to be home to accept delivery, making sure there is adequate access for the delivery team to enter the doorway and home, and also the room of installation. There will need to be room inside the home to deliver the products, and we suggest that the customer provides protection to any floors or walls to avoid damage upon delivery.

Your products will come assembled with panels supplied separately, and note the length of your product as this will determine the length of your panels that enter the room. Note if there are items that need to go into a lift that there is sufficient room in the lift and protective wall padding to reduce risk of damages to the product and lift.

Our delivery team will do their best to deliver into the room you require, though if access is not achievable, they will have to leave the product in an alternative room or elsewhere.

Ensure that any trade preparation work is completed properly prior to installation. The customer is to engage in a licensed trade professional to complete these tasks, and use our product documentation as a guide to assist with this.

All NOSIVA Collection products are delivered as supply only products, and are to be installed by your own licensed trade professional. Please refer to our install guides within the product pages to help prepare your space for your premium joinery product.

You may decide to caulk the gaps between the NOSIVA COLLECTION product and the walls/floor, this is completed by the customers own skilled tradesperson. We also have contacts within the industry who we can recommend.

All products are made to order, so once you have ordered online we are then putting this product into production and the customer has to then honour the selection. We recommend calling us for advice before placing your order so that you can be certain of your purchase.

Sometimes mistakes or damages do happen during delivery or install, despite trades best controls, procedures and efforts.
