Ascot Vale Residence

An iconic milk bar in the heart of Ascot Vale has been transformed into a unique architectural home by Jost Architects and Lynmar Constructions.

 

Nosiva was commissioned to complete the custom joinery and to collaborate with both builder and architect to achieve the detailed finish requested by the clients.

 

Some original features of the home were kept to maintain character, and a curated combination of bespoke materials, textures and joinery elements all combined in a synergy of craft and detail.
